About

My Healing Philosophy

I provide a grounded space where clients can process trauma at their own pace, moving beyond the emotional chaos to restore internal and relational safety.

About Me

My Professional Background

I am a trauma-focused social worker/psychotherapist specializing in relational betrayal. My work with individuals navigating the shock, grief, and identity rupture that follow relational betrayals—especially when trust is broken by a partner or someone deeply relied upon—is driven by a commitment to helping you rebuild a grounded life.

Healing, to me, is not about returning to who you were before the harm—but about becoming who you were meant to be, with wisdom, strength, and self-trust. Like the willow, healing allows us to stand gracefully, shaped by what we’ve endured, but not defined by it.

My Services

The Willow Tree: A Symbol of Resilience

Why the Willow Tree Resonates with Healing:

Flexibility Through the Storm:

Willows are known for their ability to bend without breaking. Like the willow, survivors of betrayal learn to adapt through grief, rage, and heartbreak without losing their core identity.

Rootedness and Grounding

Willows have strong, deep roots. Healing involves reconnecting with your inner self, grounding in your truth, and re-establishing emotional safety.

Regrowth and Renewal

Even after being deeply wounded, the willow is capable of regrowth. Healing doesn’t mean returning to who you were before—it means becoming someone wiser, stronger, and more whole.
